Welcome to infolio. Please read these terms carefully before using the product. By visiting the website, downloading the app, registering an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Formation and Applicability
These terms apply to the infolio website, desktop apps, mobile apps, account services, sync services and related features. If certain functions have additional rules, subscription terms or campaign rules, those materials form part of the complete service agreement together with these terms.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, device and related verification information, and for operations performed under your account. If you discover unusual account activity, lost devices or leaked sync credentials, you should take prompt action such as changing credentials, disabling sync sources or contacting support.
3. Service Content and Proper Use
infolio provides a desktop workspace, document editing, whiteboards, secure vaults, search, sync and related value-added services. You must use the product lawfully and properly, and must not use infolio for infringement, illegal conduct, service disruption or network security abuse.
4. Third-Party Services and Sync Limits
infolio supports third-party object storage, cloud drives, payments and system capabilities. Availability, quotas, API changes, failures or permission limits of third-party services may affect sync speed or feature availability. infolio will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but does not provide separate guarantees for third-party services themselves.
5. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Some features or storage capacity may be offered through subscriptions, memberships or one-time purchases. Pricing, benefits, effective time, renewal method and refund rules are subject to what is displayed on the purchase page. Where supported, you may restore valid subscription entitlements on the relevant platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The interface, code, design, trademarks and product materials of infolio belong to the infolio team or the relevant rights holders. The lawful content you create, store and sync in infolio remains yours or that of the original rights holder.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, infolio will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and available, but is not liable beyond the mandatory scope of law for losses caused by network failures, third-party service issues, force majeure, device compatibility problems, user mistakes or failure to back up in time.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms in response to business development, legal requirements or product changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the relevant services. If you violate these terms, applicable law or the rights of other users or the platform, infolio may restrict, suspend or terminate all or part of the service.
