Apple Auto-Renewal Terms
These terms apply when you subscribe to infolio auto-renewing services through Apple App Store. By enabling auto-renewal, you confirm that you understand the subscription period, billing logic, cancellation method and related limitations, and agree that Apple will collect subscription fees according to its platform rules.
1. Service Description
Auto-renewal means that before the current subscription period expires, the next period fee for the plan you selected on the purchase page will be charged automatically through your Apple account. Once the charge succeeds, the validity period of the corresponding membership or paid service will be extended.
2. Subscription Period and Pricing
Subscription plans may include monthly, quarterly, annual or other continuous billing cycles shown by Apple. The actual price, offers, trial period, introductory discount and included benefits are subject to the App Store subscription page displayed when you subscribe.
3. Auto-Renewal Billing Rules
Apple will typically attempt to charge your account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. If the payment succeeds, the subscription automatically continues into the next cycle. If the payment fails, your subscription may lapse, paid benefits may become unavailable, or access may remain interrupted until a later successful charge.
4. Cancellation and Management
You may manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID account settings on iPhone, iPad or other Apple devices. If you do not want the next cycle to renew, you should cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Turning off auto-renewal usually does not immediately terminate a subscription that is already active for the current billing period.
5. Trials, Changes and Restore
If a plan includes a free trial, discounted opening price, upgrade or downgrade, the switch timing, effective method, prorated charge handling and treatment of remaining trial benefits are all governed by Apple billing rules. When platform conditions are met, you may restore still-valid subscription entitlements in infolio while signed in with the same Apple account.
6. Refunds and Other Notes
Refund requests, billing disputes and other payment issues for auto-renewing subscriptions should be submitted to Apple first. infolio cannot directly cancel charges already initiated by Apple and cannot bypass Apple to process refunds independently. If subscription outcomes are affected by Apple policy changes, regional restrictions, tax changes or unusual account status, the actual result handled by Apple will prevail.
