Apple In-App Purchase Terms

These terms only apply to in-app purchases made through Apple App Store. Before purchasing, you must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms, App Store rules and the payment arrangements linked to your Apple ID account.

The name, price, benefits, service period and presentation of each in-app purchase item are subject to what is shown on the live purchase page. After a successful transaction, the corresponding entitlement will normally be activated for your current infolio account or device environment as soon as reasonably possible.

All charges are processed through Apple account systems. Charge timing, payment method, invoice records and tax handling are determined by Apple rules and the billing information shown by Apple. infolio does not directly store your bank card details or Apple payment credentials.

If you request a refund, order reversal or dispute a completed in-app purchase, you should first use Apple official support channels. Whether a refund is granted, the refunded amount, settlement timing and eligibility are independently determined by Apple under its platform policies. infolio may adjust related entitlements based on the order status returned by Apple.

Digital entitlements obtained through the Apple channel may only be used within the supported Apple ecosystem and lawful signed-in environments for infolio. They may not be resold, rented, transferred or otherwise provided to third parties for profit. If entitlements are revoked due to account anomalies, misuse or invalid Apple orders, infolio may suspend the related services accordingly.

We may update these terms in response to product changes, legal requirements or Apple platform rule updates. Updated versions will be published on the website or in the app and take effect on the published or stated date.
